Loved the room with a comfy king size bed! The location was awesome - super close to theme parks 🎢 and other cool spots in Florida like Deland.

The beds were extremely comfortable and we did not get highway noises I noticed at other places we stopped to consider for the night.

I prefer a hot breakfast over a continental breakfast. Also, the breakfast area is very small and crammed into the area where the front desk is located.

the air conditioner was barely working but did cool the room enough to allow us to sleep. The other room I reserved for my in-laws cooled very well.

It would be nice if you had a waffle maker for a choice. Everyone has a waffle maker and their easy for another choice. Also, our shower did not have a handicapped bar, plus bathroom door did not close or lock. Would be nice if you took AMAC along with AARP.

The microwave was not working, they had to heat up my food.

What a comfy and quiet location close to attractions! Based right by Orange City, Florida, easy drive to Orlando Sanford International Airport and Blue Springs State Park.

We stayed 5 days for a wedding festivity. We were surprised as to how spacious and nice the rooms were for the money. It appeared the room had been redone not long ago. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating. All in all I would recommend and return in a heartbeat.

There was a black area around the tub near the floor on both sides and a bit around the soap dish. We assumed it was mildew and pointed it out to the housekeeping staff. I got the impression that they were aware and whatever it was it wouldn't come off. Maybe a stain. One of the ladies said something about needed to be painted. Whatever it was, it was the only thing that made it appear unclean.

This is the best place to stay, would recommend. Everything is excellent, excellent value. The rooms are a nice size and huge with a king-size bed. The staff are well-trained.
